Our strategy is based on choosing the best raw materials, we are offered depending on the following main points which are :

1. The new crop.
2. The color of the seeds and the grains.
3. The size of the seeds and the grains.
4. Being free from the excreta mammalian.

Then the raw materials to be forwarded to the plant for sifting and cleaning , till the impurity reaches the limit of 1% or 0.5 % ( depending on the client’s request ), by the following steps. First the process of pulling out the big size impurity by the Plain Sifter, Then pulling out the smaller once by the Vacuum Gravity Separator, And removing the Metallic Matters by means of the magnets.

The process of packing & weighing to be done by the electronic scale, either in Jute bags or PP bags ( per client's request ), and then the bags to be stitched mechanically.

The process of printing the mark on the bags depends also on the client's request.

As a second step, the product has to be fumigated by Phostoxine.

Then the cargo to be loaded on clean trucks and transported to the port where to be loaded in new containers to dispatch to its final destination.

Also we provides the clients with all the needed documents & the inspection certificates from international inspection companies as SGS , Bureau Veritas & Cotecna ( per client’s request ).
